Its probably some tool used to push in the rubber etc. Anyways, Glenmarie is doing an awesome job. I have given up on them. The CRM guy Encik Zul is really good but certain others I got no more comments. What for comment when they can come up with the best reasons as to why your car is this and that. Time to move to Ingress la ... its time. Oh by the way ... I did return the tool.

seech ... There was no excuse for leaving the tool in the bonnet. They were shocked. I did understand mistakes happen but it was because of my whole 'JOYFUL' experience with AB Glenmarie that I blew my top.
My E90 325 sport edition has a hum coming from the final drive. It's like the hum of a smooth bearing. I drove the 323 and 320 but did not notice such a hum. Well AB Glenmarie top person says ITS NORMAL! How's that? I checked around with a few others elsewhere and they say it's a cause for concern. It cannot be just normal.
Maybe when I send it back in I can find another Mystery Gift.

Agree also that your E90 shouldn't be humming.....
I need them to get it sorted out fast because I cannot go put on my Ah Beng body kit and I cannot go for that 'special-do-not-get-affected-by-tar-remover' coating for my car. Hehehehehehe ... yeah I called PJ outlet. Hope to go and get coated soon!

Fabian ... I asked them if normal then tell me the percentage of 325s with the hum. No reply. Its all selling BS la. I went to a few other SC, all said this is NOT normal but the big man at my original dealership outlet seems to know better since his own car also has the noise. LOL!

Jokes aside,....I feel quite sickened to read such bad experience being posted by forummers esp from so-called premuim retailer. What can be done put them and other premuim retailer and service outlets on notice esp AB? I had lawyer friend who said that a class action type legal action may be in order with so many complaints. Haul them up and make them answerable to their actions in public. In the mean time I suggest all of those who have had similar experience like write to BMW Msia Sdn Bhd about their bad experiences. Their link in available now in another thread of this forum.
