forum site's time stamp is off by ~1hr

Dear site admin,My computer time is now 1:29pm. But I noticed a few things in the forum that confirms the forum site clock (or the server hosting the forum) is off:

• At the top right banner it shows 'your last visit: Today at 02:04pm'
• Threads replies indicating 02:xx pm

There is a Time Zone setting in the "User CP" section > "Edit Option". Set the zone to your wish and adjust the difference according using the time zone option.

I am using Colombo GMT+6 now.. and it works just fine..

If I'm not mistaken, this is due to the domain host server being resided in the US and in US, the time zone changes within a year which is an hour of difference before and after. Can't remember which month though... or whatever it is.
