Finally collected my E53

I have been "missing" from the forum for awhile because I was waiting to collect my car. Finally able to post it here and share with all of you. http://s1125.photobucket.com/albums/l595/beemerback/

The moment I collected my car I went to get all the fluids changed - engine oil (and filter), ATF (and filter), power steering, brake, coolant, plugs, brake pads and the discs itself (all four) and off course the tyres. The tyres on it were already cracking and was manufactured in the year 2007. After all the oil change, the engine purrs soothingly to the ears!!!!!

The initial drive was fantastic. The roadholding was superb (like a moving magnet) and surprisingly good for an 8 year old car. I guessed the previous owner takes quite good care of it.

Discovered some oil patches on the floor. Think its from the autobox.........another trip to the workshop
