F30 aftermarket exhaust

Reviving this old topic...any owners installed the M Performance exhaust on the 316i or 320i? If so did you lose any low end torque during acceleration?

Also does the exhaust have the valve/flap open at all times since the car does not have the electronic valve control like the 328i has?
