ECU remapping

i was informed that I can get an +23bhp and +25 torque after remapping. anyone has this done before can share their experience?. also improve fuel comsumption. 12%. cheers

I'm pretty much sure its safe if you get it done from guys like Superchips.
Lots of people here have done it and they have experienced some sort of gains, but don't take it as the gospel truth that you'll get all 23bhp of what the tuner promises.

I have superchip in my car and while you wont notice a$$ kicking gain in performance, you will notice the surge in RPMs is much faster and better acceleration. This is due to the "advanced" ignition timing. Fuel consumption is more or less the same.

EKS and Stuttgart are the dealers for Superchip.

like slide said, dont believe the massive gains in torque and horsepower. 23bhp is a lot. if only power and torque was that easy to obtain, people will be much happier....superchip is one way to go, search the net for others, there are a few other reputable brands out there.

the gains for the tuning was from ULTRATUNE and cost 3k. anyone had experience there? according to them it was mtec tuning.

how much did it cost you? did you put the car onto a dyno? the claimed will be clarified if one did that, isn't it?

That's why it's best to dyno the car before and after installation...
