I need 1 too.. but scare I damage the car after plugging in the bluetooth device into my OBDII port. Really not worth it for RM128 of fun..

it has 2 types. one for BT, another for wifi. BT is compatible only for laptop & android whilst wifi is for all. chipsets are by ELM under elm327. seller claims they are original chipsets from USA but who knows. nowadays too many fake things. and i really hope it won't fry my ecu tonight. or else i'll in deep s***. LoLastroboy;730512 said:WiFi meh? Not Bluetooth kah??.. keep us posted on the result.. I keep my fingers crossed for u so the device doesn't fry your ECU when u plug it in.. :4:

after some wifi setup, i managed to read the ecu through my laptop. but couldn't do much since the software that i have was only a demo version. the demo version is only good to verify that the OBD tool is working fine and to show that there's a connection. since i couldn't do much with the car, most of the time was spent looking for a cracked version software. there are plenty of good softwares available in full version but all of them require wired connection. i have to admit it's kinda hard for me to find full software for wireless type. will keep looking for it today. i also have contacted the seller and he's also helping me now looking for one.
searching for freebie sometimes takes times. it's sounds kinda cheap, but who cares as long as my ecu did not fry. LoL
bottomline is i won't get my throat cut again by those bloody workshops which one of them recently charged me rm45 just for simple diagnosis. this what sparked my desire and motivates me to own one OBD tool.
