E39 Specialist or recommended mechanic

Hi all,I am about to purchase my E39. This topic is to find or need someone to recommend a mechanic familiar with my future E39 2002 local 525i.I need to bring the car or bring him to the dealer at batu Caves or Jalan kuching area.Any nearby BMW workshop you guys can recommend? or maybe I can take a mechanic from this club with me to inspect the car.Many thanks and cheers!

It is advisable to bring the car to the workshop as the mechanic need to hoist up car to inspect for leaks, worn-out mechanical parts and etc. The the dealer refused, then walk away from the deal.

Go to WP Auto for the inspection. Ask Albert to give you an estimate for the repair charges. I have seen the pictures of the car from your other post. The dead pixel can be repaired for RM 450.00. The front and rear lips are add-on.

I am not so sure now. The one I found,many advised to walk away...:dontknow:

Since it is hard to find local spec E39 2002 but easier to find a good nick E60, my inclination towards E60 is justified I think.
