E36 Aircond system

when the car is stationary, i also got wind
just that when first open the air cond.. it needs to wait than only got wind






too bad is all the button is not working at my air cond
the "AC" button not working (although can see the lights on and off, but the compressor is running all the time)
the "circulation/vent" button not working (althought got lights on and off, but theres nothing happening)
the 2 knob for temperature also not working (no matter i turn to cold most, or warm air mode, the air cond always cold)

This because somebody have modified the aircon control.

install darker window tint (be prepare to get saman), change your a/c thermostat to a lower cut-in / cut-off temperature, use R134a gas instead of R12 gas, Insulate the a/c pipe (not the discharge pipe)
block your a/c external air vent with foam...what else?

ha ha ha, suffer insufficient cold?,

the pressure switch control the A/C cut in/out, you can jumper at the pressure switch plug to keep the A/C compressor running with no doubt, but if the A/C system explode, it will be on your own.,

hack the electric fan to run at high-speed setting, rather than low speed.

the cold air from A/C was heat up by blower motor and blower resistor pack
before the cold air blow your face :34:, this is the main CON.:stupid:

maybe your A/C compressor did not activated, or the car was hacked on
the pressure switch plug??

the solution was replace the blower resistor pack and pressure switch
with the latest updated version from BMW..., maybe it will solve the problem

for me,
i don't ever think Japanese and Malaysian car better :stupid: :34:
those car GOOD for ECONOMY(poor people), support Asian Economy,
anybody with poor economy status, or rich people with low intellectual :34:
those car was engineered to make money for the company with
weak structural, weak engine, small wheel, which was very risky
for any traffic accident and FATALITY

i will hunt out the reason when the right time why A/C was insufficient cold,
maybe somebody hack the blower with heater or hack the heater always
on together with blower????

it need time and sweats to check it out..:stupid:

Hi members

Please recommend a good place to check for air cond system for my E36 328i car. My car aircond is blowing at full speed but it does not cool well. Temp set at 22 degrees Celcius but those sitting behind hardly feel the air! Appreciate if anyone can recommend a good mechanic in Klang Valley who specialise in air cond system? I have been sending my car for servicing in a BM workshop in Segambut area but not impressed with its services.
