E30 query

my E30 ride is progressively becoming less comfortablemy stock shocks and springs are in good shape and thus my mechanic suggested changing the "suspension bushes"what are these exactly?does it entail removing the spring/shocks first to change these parts? thanksFLY

there are quite a number of bushes in the E30 which are suspension related. Tell us what bushes you mechanic advice you to change and how much he quote. Then we can give you feedback if the price is good or not. quite a number of the suspension bush jobs require for the absorbers to be removed and reinstalled.
