Suspension downgrade from m sport to standard setup

Hi everyone. Can anyone advise me other parts need to change other than springs and shock absorber? Currently thinking to downgrade from m sport to stock suspension setup since the ride is harsh and bumpy for east coast roads. The car is e90 320i msport. Many thanks!

Bro, u still continue use m sport suspension or change to normal suspension which a bit high and not bumpy?

should be a straight forward swap (spring & shock). do change the top mount too when u do the swap.

Dont forget to do alignment check as the setup may be different due to different height.
