Driving the E30 316i Auto

i have the pleasant opportunity to drive a 2 door E30 316i Auto. It's a CBU model and the car drives well. My friend just got it not too long ago. Need some work for it. But overall, the m40b16 is ok to drive around town for relax driving. However, it lack of the extra ummpphh during pick up but well, if go for a cool drive. It's very pleasant car to own.Congrats to the new owner. Besides, the 2 door can be a good project car. Yum yum.... a lot of potential. hehehehee

Tested the car as well, pleasant car with enuf power and torque for daily town driving.

As it is a CBU, the immediate difference I noticed it the NVH levels are really low!

I am driving a 316i E36
It is underpowered but a bimmer is a bimmer!
Very comfortable cruisng. And not bad on fuel.

The E36 is a much heavier car...........power to wieght ratio suffers!
