Could it be air cond problem?

Dear Bro. and Sister in BMW,

Today after driving the car for a few city trip, I found out that substantial of water was wetting the front passenger floor area,
Could it be an air cond problem?

AC cooling box drain pipe for E90 drains condensed water underneath the hand brake area. If you don't see AC water exiting there, that means the drain pipe or hose is not plugged into your AC cooling box properly resulting water drain directly onto your cabin carpet.
