Ya, i've told the mech to change the vacuum pump seal.
And on top of it, i'll replace all the valve seal too since already take off the valvetronic motor+camshaft.

For Spark plug 1 & 4 can DIY, but afraid that 2 & 3 is tricky as you need to remove the valvetronic motor unit and possibly the camshafts as well... :(

while you are at it, might as well change the vacuum pump seals and the back plate for the engine coolant. :)
 
This is how the cam or eccentric shafts are removed.. before valve/stem seal is accessible... special tools lagi !!!

There's a compress air nozzle comes with the following kit [bronze tip] that screw into the spark plug outlet to let compressed air inside the combustion chamber to keep the valve closed. Without this, once the valve spring is released, the valve can slip and drop inside the combustion chamber.. :eek:
