Chip Tuning for Diesel Engine

hello there,for a start, i am tazztham and just register here. i am just an ordinary motoring guys and like to try thing out. i am here to seek interest if anyone of you like to join me to try a product.i manage to find out a chip tunning product from germany for majority of commonrail diesel engine. from the website, it says will give +20% in performance. i manage to do a group buy form them in order to bring down the price. i will be around RM1500 and the product is well proven in europe. of course they are not the only one producing such tuning chip.so, i wonder any bwm oil buners here would like to pump up their diesel engine? if so, pls let me know as i can do group buy. for more info, pls refer to www.abrieb.de.i am driving a Fiat JTD which is also running on diesel.hope i am not disturbing. thank you.

hi guys,

Here is my initial test result with my marea 1.9JTD105.

Test = 0-100KPH
Before install = about 13.0sec
After installation
Setting 1 = about 13.5sec
Setting 5 = about 11.5sec
Setting 7 = about 11.0sec

From this rough testing, the tuning box does improve performance especially after 3000rpm. However, after setting 5, seems like increase in performance is not great or marginal. maybe it is the max engine fuel/air. surprisingly, can't see any noticable black smoke. i think this little magic box is working somehow.

i will monitor my FC for a few runs. normally, i can get 12.5-13.5km.liter. c how it goes.
