Car From Ingress (Selangor), Send for Service History Record Retrieval At JB AB Possible?

Hi Guys,

I just placed my booking on a 2012 328i F30. I noticed the car is from Ingress however I am in JB, Is it possible for me to register myself as the new owner with Johor AB and get informed of possible future recall matter and also I will like to retrieve the past service record on the car, can I go to AB Johor to do that as well?

Sorry for the noob question as I cannot seem to find similar thread.
