Can't lock/unlock car from 5 meters

I changed the batteries, on spare keys too. But still have the same problems. No big deal on this because i can use keyless entry. But sometimes I want to recheck whether I locked the car or not from afar but its not posible to do that.

I thought im the only one. I tried to lock my car from the inside of shopping complex, at the end need to walk to the car n lock it about 2 meters. While there was another local car, can lock from the inside of shopping complex. What a shame.

Is there a way to boost the distance via coding?

Try putting the FOB on your chin and press the open button. It will increase the distance.

Coding will not work. Normally you need to check the diversity amplifier on the rear windscreen.

Anyone faced this before? Silly me dropped the key into water and i tried to pick it up asap. Now it still works but somehow the low battery light shows on my dash.. :stupid:
