Hi guys. I am looking for a used BMW E60 model. Found several units on the net and the price seems reasonable averaging around 65-75k. The things is this is my first BMW and I tried to gather some knowledge about it before buying it. Anything you guys maybe want to add?
and about the loan, I have called several bank and the max tenure they offered is 7 years. the things is if nett income is around 2.5k, gross is 8k, what is chance for bank to approve my loan? monthly payment will be around 900-1k. Just want to know your opinion.
this would be my second car. good ccris record just that i think i maybe a bit more on high commitment side.
1st car going to be paid by my sister cz she will be using it but i dont think bank will take into consideration of such things. so i will only pay for this used car and can i supply the bank with my saving statement account to improve the chance of getting approve? cz my saving is almost 60k.
