Braking problem?

Hi all sifus, My E46 recently got problem to stop it smoothly and more worst sometime I already depress the brake thoroughly but the car still can move forward a bit more and make me scare. Any advise on this problem, sifus? :top::listen:

that will happen if u never bleed and change your brake fuild after 5 years when coming downhill or something wrong with your brakepad
