Bonnet switch

Dear all,Does anyone experienced their switch to open the rear bonnet is malfunction. My car for both (front switch at leg room) and bonnet switch is currently now not functioning. My bonnet can only opened with the remote key. Anyone can help to troubleshoot this and need advice also from all sifus here. Thanks in advance

Mine rear boot switch malfunctioned & was quoted RM380. The one near the pedals still ok

I have the reverse camera which replace the bonnet switch handle, RM380 interested? So u have the brand new bonnet switch handle + reverse camera in one shot.

I just noticed my rear bonnet key slot is in horizontal position. So because of that it's totally lock. So i align it to vertical position back. Now ok. Small issue. Looks like someone had hijacked my car. :top: Thanks anyway guys.

Ahha a lot didn't release the key supposed to be in vertical for it to work. Glad yours is okay now.

Mine wasn't working at all, took it out, sprayed some WD40 to the contact point (taking off the rubber cover), and walla works like charm. Saved RM380 and more funds can be allocated for mods.

wingzee... i did just that, just i use electrical contact cleaner...
