Dear Organising Committee,

Would appreciate if you could give some directions on where to go for the fest participants. If you were to key in "MAEPS" in the Google maps, you will be shown the location of MAEPS Secretariat building in Bandar Kinrara 5. I don't think it is the correct location because I don't think 500 bimmers can congregate there.

Maybe a location map or GPS coordinates would be good.

BTW, kudos to the BMWCM, the organising committee and the volunteers for all your hard work for this event. Gonna be great :top::top::top:

Key in this instead "Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang Universiti Putra Malaysia Selangor" and you shall find the place. Alternatively, a simple Google search brought up the brochure as one of the many results.

Me registered. Excited but a bit segan la...kete ori je tadak bikin apa2 pun...
Anyway just for info, CTC group from Manjung shall move in 2 group. Myself and Manjung Beemers shall convoy by Friday 11pm from SHELL Sg Wangi heading to meet up some at Seri Iskandar, heading to Sg Buluh RnR joining others from utara i guest.
Scooby leading other CTC leaving Mjg via Lekir by Sat 4am.

Participants will receive the following:
1) Bimmerfest 2013 T-Shirt
2) Bimmerfest white cap
3) Bimmerfest lanyard with registration card
4) Entrance to Bimmerfest 2013
5) BMW to be included in Malaysian Book of Records

Visitors will only receive 4) and 5).

For Gymkhana, each participant is required to bring own helmet, shoes and gloves. Payment can be made on the event day for the games. For all participants, please make payment to BMW Club Malaysia account 5123-5230-7612 by 1st November 2013.

To date we have 461 participants for Bimmerfest Malaysia 2013. It's gonna be BIG!

If I pay RM50 (me) + RM50 (wife) but we are going to bimmerfest in one car (one car only I have), can aar? Will she entitle to get item (1) till (5) too? Instead of bring her as visitor (paying RM10), she doesn't get anything, why not at least pleased her by paying extra RM40 so that she also get what I get. Can aa? I haven't pay yet. Will pay as soon as you confirmed can..

Hareez - For RM50 + RM50, both you and your wife will get the goodie bags. But please hurry up and be at MAEPS early (7.00am) to avoid any disappointments. As of tonight we have 583 registered participants. If everyone shows up, it's gonna be a very long queue.
