BMW premium selection vs recon x5 car

hi,im rizal. a newbie. recently 2 of my cars were stolen in front of my house.. xc90 n x1. while waiting for the insurers clear all the necessaries, im thinking of getting a x5.. either from bmw premium selection or from 2nd hand car dealerbmw premium selection x5 3.0si reg 2009 @ rm358800 (61k km) vs x5 3.0i lci 2009 ( no info on mileague) @ rm325k.comparing with the same model n year made, the price different between bmw premium selection and recon/used are so huge that make me wonder...1. is the 200km warranty for premium selection would be a piece of mind for me later on?2. is the warranty for premium selection covers parts n labour?3. what would be the interest loan rate for both?4. can i bring recon/used x5 car to bmw to performed 72 points technical check before buying?5. can i get the service history of the car from 2nd hand car dealer?rizal
