BMW iPhone Apps - BMW Connected

Dear All,I have recently downloaded the BMW iPhone Apps- BMW Connected, anybody knows how this thing works?I have tried using the USB cable to plug in but it kept showing its not connected, is it software issue or...?Anybody tried it? Does it work for our F10?

Are you trying to connect on a local F10? If so, I think the car doesn't come with Connected Drive. Only the F30 will have this.

wondering ... if we can retro-fit the Connected Drive into our f10.
i think its a pretty fun apps to have with the car

got it thru a vendor in this forum for my E90..
cool and fun to have, especially the web radios and last mile...
but after awhile the excitement flutters away...
