You can probably get the colour to match the BMW individual colour, but you will unlikely get the same quality leather. The best leathers are booked by the expensive car manufacturer for their luxury finish at the leather tannery, the the lower grade ones make it to the reupholsterers. I've seen the rewrapped seats of some of our members, some upholsterer claim Italy grade leather but it didnt seem to match original BMW leathers. Just my dua kupang.

Bro,

did mine in JB....Will post picture soon...and will share the Contact once i am back. Travelling now.

Regards,

'Individual' cars are tailor made BMWs which is kind of a special edition. The normal Individual cars when new, the owner can request special, not in the range leathers and paint etc. Some parts which are normally plastic in the cars such as the centre console also sometimes are wrapped in leather too, depends on what model. This is a more UK thing than Malaysia I suppose. There are also special limited run editions such as the Champagne, Champagne II and the Aegean Edition for the E39. These are not specially requested by the first owner but specced by BMW using Individual colours/components ans sold as is.

For example, Individual Techno Voilet colour E39

And this is my car, the leather is Light Silvergrey (Individual Nappa leather)

individual means you select all accesories option yourself, and the doorstep and your reg card will have "BMW individual" stipulated. It is also available here in Malaysia. For example, color of car, leather, different colour doorcard and so on. Your may ask to have a M-sport version without the sport spring but sport seat. But..you have to pay top buck for it.

does this 'Individuals' cars apply to another model also?because ive have seen before 318i E46 with beige or look like haywire interior colour.

Individual cars bare not model specific, as long as you have the moo ah, you can spec whatever you want when buying a brand new car from bmw

I have saddle brown in my E90 and it is definitely not dark and definitely not red.
This is saddle brown. http://www.bmwclubmalaysia.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=21847

In fact it is medium in shade and it is yellow not brown.

I think you could have seen the dream red which does appear brown. I have seen it in a Z4. There is also a cinnamon brown in a 6 series cab displayed in AB Glen Marie. I used to call it ox-blood but others call it burgundy.
