BMW E46 Player

Hey there sifus,I would like to ask a few question. My cars player is the one with a cassette player and a 6 CD changer behind the boot. It is possible for me to change my player to the original BMW CD player head unit and still use the CD changer at the back of my boot? Please advice. Thanks in advance.
