P/S: fill up yr tank and set yr mileage back at zero. then when next fill up, divide the RM of petrol u fill by the km u running. that the exact way.

zaskar: Where exactly is this Kakimotor place? Is it in the area right next to Sunway College with all the mechanic shops? And do they open on Saturday?

The rest of you guys seem to be getting quite good FC levels. Could it be mine is just abit older? Mileage on the meter iis about 220,000 km now. I notice engine is abit rough sounding too, not sure if it's normal.
I don't think I'm a heavy footed driver, I usually try to keep the mileage needle below 10-15L/100km. Only have the occasional burst here and there out of corners onto highways.

PNDC: Puchong National Drift/Donut/Drag/Disco Circuit. The map is for this. 'Zheng-my-car' central

Kakimotor is all over the place, even in mid valley (not sure they do installation there) where i got mine was at Sunway after the puchong toll heading to federal h/w, first turning to left after toll, next to used car yard.

Ooh, OK, I saw that Kakimotor today, but it was at 8am and they weren't open yet. Maybe next week I'll pay them a visit for my internal antenna.

Oh, today I checked with my dad's mechanic who was the previous owner of my E30. He says its abit lower than original because the original tires were 70 thick and they're on 60s now. Bushings and mountings were fine.

Incidentally, for a 91 model, my engine does have some sound from the tappets. Do you guys have that?

So it's nothing to worry about? Because I did expect it to be quieter, even for a 14 year old car.


Also, I just gave Kakimotor a call just now, they said they don't carry the Bosch internal antenna for the E30 anymore, only for Wira or something.
Anyone know anywhere else to get it?

Nah, I would rather have a hidden antenna than something sticking out my roof.

Kakimotor still insists they don't have the Bosch internal antenna anymore and I'm not driving 20km there just to find out. Maybe I'll go to the Mid Valley branch instead.

Any other places to get it? I know this is getting old guys, but I really do want to find it.
