Sgh, they don't have one for the F02 or F13 :( - and even if they had one, my F02 rumbles on 21" shoes, and the F13 will dance on 20"- dunno whether can fit or not?

frankly, regardless size of rims, the radius from center to outside tire edge should be the same.

ermm. just got info from them, shipping cost is $414.... total with tire is about RM2k...

Fwah - 2k for space saver? That's enough for more than a carton's worth of Slime tyre repair kits!

slime can't handle anytning bigger than 5mm i think... i have slime, bought from ace hardware.
also for side wall puncture, don't think can work with slime.

i have no problem if around KL and along highway, but once i'm not on highway, at nite... ermm...

It seems that RFT is still a better solution, no?

bro, try to check with ur SC for E60 spare tyre kit, it's the same thing and cost less than 2k.. also comes with the necessary tools

wont fit in, the offset is different, that's why u can't use E60 rims on F10.
need a spacer for it too.

If we mail order the so called 'BMW F10 Emergency Space Saver Tire Kit' and ship it back to Malaysia, how about the tax ??

not sure about tax, normally anything above RM500 is taxable.
btw, i was quoted additional US$414 for shipping only.
probably we can do group buy to reduce overall cost...
i'm seriously planning to get one, soon :)

Isn't this the same as what BMW is offering as the filler wheel? Will check it out and let you guys know. If I'm not wrong it's also about 2k. And I'm planning to build a compartment so that it "blends" into the boot. Will do this first, the post some pics if you guys are interested.

AB tells me that they don't have a spare filler wheel for the f10...so i'm up for 1 of these if the group buy is still on

Are you guys planning to change to non-run-on-flat tyre (normal tyre) ? I thougth safety was the main reason for this type of tyre on BMW to avoid carjacking. The costs of run-on-flat is very costly :(

99% of us change to non RFTs after they wear out because better ride quality....
