sometimes it is hard for us. adliz aka adam put his rim here in my shop to sell. then a forummer came n interested to purchase the particular rim for his e39 ( green colour). He told me can he take one piece n go n test fit then i said ok. then later he came back in the afternoon saying that he will colect the other 3 rims n tell me he is going to fit it in his fren tyre shop in old klang road. then he will return to pay me the money. I stupidly agreed n let him have the rim n after that I dun see him again till now. I have to pay back the money to adam. Haiz. this was during 3 years ago. Super bad luck. Maybe I am too nice to ppl.

Ohh damn!!

Anyway, any nice rim u have now in your shop? i also want to test test either it fits my car or not

yeah marco I think you are too nice and people take advantage of you...thats why everytime i go ur shop you ask me take first pay later also I paiseh and insist I pay only take...but I think Im the first fella that got RM50 credit with you...hahhahahha

marco sorry to hear all this .... SHAM better pay up larrrr ...aya friend friend also , but end of the day it's the rice bowl of the person that's being nice enough to allow such kindda deal ...

I hope you guy should understand our situation sometimes. I know everyone who modify their car want to get the best deal but we have to earn a certain margin to cover everything.

there are times also when customer leave the car with us, nothing is wrong, but when we finish doing bodykit, error light cames out n maybe certain parts that is already faulty but we never notice during the delivery of car n when customer come n collect n want us to replace the faulty parts.sometimes we earn rm50 from one customer then we have to pay rm1000 to replace faulty parts. That is why we have to becareful when taking delivery of cars. However careful also u will miss out something, you cant be doing thorough check throught the car just to change a small parts. Hence hopefully I hope forummers here can understand workshop situation. I can promise you if you come to motorsport division we will offer you the best quality service, if really it is our fault then we are willing to reimburse your loss.

Yes Marco, plenty of this type of people running around and sorry to hear your rather unpleasant experiences.

Best is COD, and no credit terms. Similarly in another sparepart shop (innerpower), there is an official member that owed them for more than a year and refused to pay. Sigh...

Cheers

Yeah, heard from innerpower as well about this person. makes me wonder how such a person can do such things and still go around happily whitout a single sights of remorse.:stupid:

Marco, no more Mr Nice Guy. You're running a business there. Not a charity house.

Shyam aka apoo aka three28. Pls front up and settle the debt with Marco asap. You are a 'prominent' character in this forum. Friendship aside, it's the principal that matters.

OK I know of only one "Apoo", "Sham" and "....328".

Oh yea I met him once in BK in Mont K and we had lunch together. I think he has a wicked metallic orange karrer E46. Seemed like a jolly nice chap.

yes he always call me n tell me he is in trouble n promise me he will pay end of the month, two weeks later. I am sick of all these empty promises. So you have the face the consequences as I have run out of patience. You promised you will pay me back within this month n we shall see.

I recently went to a workshop and asked the workshop to check my lower arm bush because the alignment guy can't get my alignment right. Something seems to be moving.. then later the workshop called me and told me RM200 kao tim! I say okay and collect few hours later. When collecting my car and saw the bill.. RM600!!

So I pay him RM200, took the car and balance, every month RM200 installment.. :p *&^%$#@!! ... still paying.. damn... that's a bottle of whatever.. every month :(

With all due respect, I would like to withhold judgement until we hear from him.

so now what's the story..still pending or already settle..:listen:

Dear Marco, I deeply sympathize with your predicament but this is a private matter between your goodself and the chap who owes you money and probably the many other chaps who also owe you money and may not necessarily be members in this forum...

In any business, there are 'empty' promises by one party to the other which is why there are lawyers till this day.

Unless you have a strong network with the other members of your business, it will be very hard to prevent this chap from going shop to shop and making more empty promises. A strong network will pass the word around to alert the other members of your business fraternity of this chap and to deal on a 'cash only' basis.

Best is to deal 'cash' for all transactions. Better to be safe...than to have an issue like this which is really not worth your time...

Like what saat has said, what we are seeing here is only one side of the story and we should reserve our judgment until the defendant has presented his defense... which of course is non of my business and don't intend to find out as well.

Cash is still the best transaction and I must admit I have my own share of outstandings with some workshops as well but I don't go missing la.. I still show my face and talk kok with them often.. :p :D

That's why u don't see my name here.. :p
