best place to buy a new mini cooper

Greetings. I have a friend looking forward to buy the new Mini Cooper. any suggestions on the best place to buy? auto bavaria? she lives in kayeel, ampang. Any service centres nearby? she is looking for a new unit.One forummer in autoworld recomended Auto Bavaria, i will keep that in mind, any other reliable places? Cartrade?most probably she would be going for the cooper instead of the one. The cooper S is slightly pricier and only comes in manual boxes. she wants auto only.Thank you all.

Hi Powerhaus

The new MCS comes in 6 speed auto with steptronic, and paddle shift mounted on steering wheel. The response is not as swift as manual but offers a good compromise between performance & convenience. I'm not sure when is AB and Cartrade making the auto option available, but some of the grey importers are already selling them. They are priced at about RM 220k if I'm not mistaken. One of the guys we know has one.

AFAIK, AB will only bring in the MCS auto next year.

For ladies, why not the convertible?

Get from AB but be prepared for long waiting list.

she did consider a vert, but i told her not to.....in my opinion, while a vert looks damn cool, our local weather spoils it all. i suggestedto her something with a sunroof would just be fine.

she's still considering and there's no rush.

I've tried the convertible and I don't really like it. It's quite noisy on the highways and lots of blind spot.Mini One is not bad at all and I suggest to get it from AB. 2 Years warranty.. I think Mini One and Mini Cooper are in stock. MCS will only available next year.
