Belting sound from engine compartment

I recently changed my alternator belting for my E30. Just yesterday and today I heard some noises from the engine compartment while in low revs. sounds like the belting... after the engine warms up, the sound resides.. before I replaced the beltings, the similar sound also occured. so what could be the problem now? loose belting? Need help.. thanks!

Might even be the alternator gear(s).

well..got it rectified just now..did a bit of tightening, apparently the belting was slightly loose..hmm
