Haven't been able to visit this site since our meet up that day. Nice to have met you guys and your rides in person...Apologies that I couldn't stay as long as I would have liked to....Seen the pictures and they looked really awesome..

Kudos to El Presidente David for initiating & persisting that the meetup be held & from what I saw it really rocked guys...:rock:

1 series not available for sale in Spore. PML not bringing it in. I want the 325i with sat nav so that i can find my way around the island and play DVDs while i drive back to KL ;)
 
do you need a Sat Nav in Spore? :) and I heard that on the move you cant play movies on the screen. A safety feature.

It actually play movie DVDs?? :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: .... this whole time I tought it was only for the SatNav DVD...Talk about being ignorant

It depends on which version of Sat Nav you have some have TV function, the lower version doesn't. Not sure in MY which is on the 325 Sports.

errr..bro, u sure can play DVD movie ah ? dont think so la..it's only for the SatNav DVD. but really, i dont dare to try out..in case the DVD got stuck in there..damn.

i noticed that the map is probably not complete in towns outside of the big cities. it's OK in S'pore but certain parts of Johor are not even mapped !!
 
correct, no dvd playback. There is an optional TV tuner module for i-drive.

You can get an aftermarket module that enables dvd playback via an external dvd player (or other av input)

Car appeared to float around on the SatNav screen when I went up to Genting as it only have roads up to Gohtong Jaya..
 
energy, car looks good save for alu trim on beige. What's the deal with the high mileage? 50k km for a 2 y/o car. Can one really drive that much in and around Singapore? :laugh:

LOL.. your heart will always be with the bimmer... Golf, Rx8, Civic are all just thoughts in the mind. Your heart has made a decision on the E90. This one looks fantastic!

50k kms on SG roads will probably be better than 30k kms on KL roads heh. BTW, aren't u in Japan working instead of SG??!!
 
E46F is right, 50k kms on SG roads will probably be bvetter than 30k kms on KL roads but I just feel that 50k kms is on the higher side for a 2 years old car. My guess is this car not only travel a lot in SG, it may also travel a lot all the way to KL and possible Thailand too. Well, as long as the condition is good, no harm getting it. E90 rocks!
