i am using this for my E60 as well, honestly its not the most comfortable ride with this on especially on humps and bumpy roads.it will definitely lower your car by good 4 inches. its good around the corners and looks pretty mean especially if you have M5 body kit on.
I have friends who dont like it and went back to stock it depends on individual. whatever it is enjoy it.
