View attachment 22979hi sifus, kindly advice how to remove this 2 lights. Found steering angle fault code when diagnostic scan, deleted the fault code since 3 days ago, now appear again. But when i off engine & start again it will become normal, after some time it appear again. Will it caused car break down? thanks for your help :46:

Normally this comes out is due to the ABS sensors. it is the diagnostic scan shown ABS sensors having problem ? If the problem not from ABS sensors then is ABS module already.

thanks for your info. Diagnostic scan shown steering angle only, will check abs sensors & module, hope can solve the problem.

Don't think it will cause the car to break down. Most likely it's the same error as before and can't be fixed by just clearing it. Diagnose again and see what's the error about now.

Mine is like below and it's the wheel speed sensor

I'm having the same problem, but I don't care it.sometimes it will go off.
It will goes off for sometime, but it will have the error when u use scanner to scanner it and the error will not able to erase until u change the ABS sensor.

Bro still havent change it, I heard around Rm400.. Planning to clean the sensor first.

hi, yesterday did the scan again shown it was a steering fault, checked all the sensor including speed sensor all running smooth, been told steering not center. Wondering is it related?

what if u do an alignment 1st?not sure if the ASC and ABS related to steering fault.

I bought 2 rear ABS sensors from ebay for RM180 including the shipping fee. Then after that i went to BM Worlds and ask them to change. They charged me for RM280 just only changing 2 rear ABS sensors. And tried to cheat me saying that my ABS module got problem. This i has voiced out in some threads.

Its the steering angle sensor. This is one of the parameter for abs n asc to modulate. For instance, more steering angle, asc will bleep faster and so does abs. Therefore, if speed sensor is ok, then the angle sensors is faulty. it should only light up after you have turn yout steering to a certain angle.

first you need to scan your car first - check which ABS sensor kong

looks like this

got four sides of tyre- each one will cost you around RM 230 PER SENSOR-I got mine from Bavarian Auto parts phone number 03-5635000 google it

part number 34 52 1 164 651

any good workshop can do it for you

was trying to clean it up but the clip broken - it is a plastic and you know lah after so long it can brittle

after changing it the warning signs on the dashboard will automatically cleared

all the best

In the end, did not try to clean the sensor. Visited the workshop and indeed the sensor is out. Changed it and all is fine - no more dash warning. Was charged more though, rm265.

Its the ASC module gone kaput. Had the same problem before. Changed it and its good as new
