Had some terrible scratch lines on door panel. Some angry fellow must have used a key to make those terrible lines. Anyone used chipsaway? Pl share your experience.

Tried ChipsAway twice. Once to repair a cracked bumper. Once to get rid of some rubber marks on my bumper. They did a good job. But as fabianyee put it. Not cheap. Small little job will cost more than RM100 easily. Might as well go to any normal painter.Or try Mr Dent.

as fer the scratches, i wonder if they r deep ones or mere scratches. if its the latter, u cld opt fer chipstick (ace hardware) or sonax color pen (tesco) but they do not fill the chips tho.i wuz one of 1st chipsaway customer when they made their local debut ere when i had my car windscreen repaired by em due to stone chips where they used sorta resin quite a gd job i must say. rgds, B)kahar abdullahps : angry driver uh, wat did u do, improper car parked?

ChipsAway did a great job on my E30 bumper strip. Got knocked by my neighbour and there were bits and pieces and the remaining bits were already brittle. They refabricated and itwasn't noticeable at all.....cost me RM135. Reasonable.

Thank you guys for your response. Will check them out soon. They are along Jalan 19/1, I think.
I used Chipsaway 3 years back and was attended by Anbar (the best Chipsaway employee). Had scraped the back right wheel fender while turning in basement parking along with other noticeable dents here and there. Paid $300. Anyway, Anbar (+60122039743) has left to setup his own dent repair shop along Sg. Besi road.

Here's my FR on ChipsAway. Sent my car there several months ago and came away dissatisfied.
Repair was done on : 1) stone chip on bonnet (repair and spray)
2) Door dent on the side of car (repair and spray)
Their charges are based on per panel basis. ie, each door is 1 panel = $180 per panel. Bonnet, $400. Total paid $580.00
After 3 (working) days, collected car and got a shock at the same time.
Shoddy workmanship, paint job on bonnet looked uneven and wavery. Could still see (slightly) where dent used to be on side panel and uneven sprayjob done. What was shocking was that the overcoat (not sure what its called) dripped and hardened - over my bonnet, over the sides - above the tyre, and also onto my grill.
My question is this: How could they even release the car back to me without a QC. Hey, I do not have a trained eye for such flaws and it was all so noticeable. Their reason was that they were short handed and they did a rush job on my car....what!....hoping that I would accept this? or not notice it at all?
Well, they apologised and offered to do the whole job again....yes, yes, another 3 days of being carless.
Its been almost 4 months now since the repair and the shoddy workmanship is slowly but surely showing.

My front door dented ( today.. I'm so sad somebody just open their car door and knock my front door..).. when to Chips Away this afternoon. They qoute me RM 200.00. ( touch up & re-spray )

i got my front passenger door dented also
one MTF CRV did it i belip
then yesterday evening i found out near my rear bumper under the rear light cluster
another dented....
most be bikers
sad.....
not going to fix the dents yet....cos i belip more coming up soon lo

Please remember to give your feedback on Anbar. Someone kissed both the driver and back door recently in my office car park. There is also some bird shit mark on the bonnet. Have to decide whether to respray or just touch up.

He advised me just ignore the dent.. Very minimal.. the only problem is "people cannot see, but I can see' I mean the dent.. If I want to do he charge me RM 200.00 he use Glasurit paint for touch up.
He is good.. As you are in his place, you can see some picture show some of his job..
And if you want to go there PM me we can go together. My office nearby only about 10minutes to his place..
Anyway I'm sorry about your car being kissed. I know how you feel..
