Any Difference between CBU vs CKD for 320D ?

Hi everyone ! Would be glad if experts here are able to tell what are the differences between a CBU vs CKD 320D. Thank you in advanced !

The most obvious one are the trim line. CBU 320D is in base form, whereas for SKD 320D you can choose Sports or Luxury, which itself comes with different rim, steering, interior trim etc etc.

Thanks ! What about the iDrive and other accessories and stuffs besides the physical trim ? reason I am asking is becos got SA offer 0 mileage prereg CKD 320D at cheaper price than new 320D SKD.
