Yes, we have asked and We are waiting for Crown Plaza Hotel to get back to us on the special room rate. We requested also for the rate to be ongoing on not just for the event. Just wait n see lah what rate they give us.

Should have early bird discount, to get ppl to pay out before a certain deadline ie last day to pay deposit to the hotel.... Anyone who confirm after that date to pay slightly more cos need to go come and forth to liase with the hotel.. hehe...

Volunteers are very much welcomed with open arms.. There will be volunteers needed in the run up to the event and also during the event day itself. In my absence , Stanley CCK and the committee will be organising the arrangements. Lets make it a wonderful glamorous night . Come in your most glamourous attire, suits or dresses. To those wishing to contribute by any mode of contribution, please do not hesitate to contact any of the Committee Members. I will be away in New York for the United Nations General Assembly till 6th October. Thanx guys and gals.. Hope to see you there.

A very big thank you to those who put up their names in the AD 2010 attendance list.

Please be informed that the MC will start the payment collection for the 2010 Annual Dinner from today onwards and closing 8th October 2010. We need to confirm the number of attendance for F&B, goody packs, lucky draw tickets printing and other arrangements. Hence, your kind cooperation is much appreciated.

Please notify me the payment details and avoid last minute disappoinments. We need your payment to confirm your attendance. First pay first served!

All payments shall be made payable to Kelab BMW Malaysia, with Maybank a/c: 5123 5230 7612. TT or ATM bank in is encouraged to avoid risks associated with cash in transit.

Kindly ensure payment in full.

Try not to because the variation of head count affects many of the planning issue.. from table placing to food arrangement to preparations of goodies.
