Air cond gas.

Morning guys, sorry to ask this simple question : What type/kind of air cond gas to fill to our UDM? Is it the expensive-green-earth-whats-the-name type or just the ordinary cheap type?The last time I filled my compressor was about 12 years ago in my old Merc. It cost about RM12 at that time. How much is it now?TQ

It's abou RM40-50 per refill. IIRC, it's R134A.

last i needed to top up my car with r134 cost me rm40/-...itu pun just top up...kalau refill......???

modern cars all use r134....from 1994 onwards

IINM per tong of gas is only like 300 plus, imagine how much the shops earn by charging 50 per car. Back in my hometown, I can get it refilled for only RM15 and yes, it's the new type of gas/R134A, not the old type. I don't think can find such price in KL at all.

So, looks like this Raya got to go back to my hometown Taiping la, can fill the gas cheap cheap..

BTW wingzee, I am from Taiping, old Edwardian. Parents still in Assam Kumbang..
