AGM Preferred Date

ladies & germsAbove are some proposed dates to hold the AGM. Since it's puasa month, we'll make sure we allow ample time for event proper and make sure our Malay friends get to break fast on time.At the moment, we've identified a few possible venues in KL. mr treasurer : bro, didnt yknow when puasa comes, u'll b gettin many invitations fer buka puasa .... nowadays breakfastin is more like culture already rgdless of races, even non-muslims get invited too which is a gd thang, i like!

i fear many cant make it to fulfil clients' invitations n such.

The reason why this poll is put up is to allow members deciding for themselves which date is convenient for them to attend the AGM. I believe if there is a will, there will be a way!

There will be no perfect timing and place for any event. Its always about compromise and sacrifice. If we delay it any further, the next thing we know is the school holidays and festive season is up and many will be out of town and etc.

With 4 available days, inclusive of Sunday (which I doubt many will entertain or buka puasa with their clients), I believe there are sufficient choices for everyone.

Thanks Bundy. I hope all of us will understand the importance of quickly putting into place the new committee members to continue to spearhead active planning, guidance and execution of events and activities according to rules and regulations specified by International BMW Club Council and supported by BMW Malaysia.

Your presence and vote at the AGM will be crucial especially for those who had nominated their nominees. This is the time to be really serious guys. Meanwhile, please nominate your candidates carefully or you'll be the one losing out.
