Advice Needed: Buying Used YR2014 F10 528 M-Sport or YR2012 F10 535 M-Sport

I need some professional & experienced owner here regarding M-Sport 528 & 535.
How is maintenance cost comparison for both 528 & 535??
Driving experience for 528 & 535....4 pot Turbo vs 6 pot twin power turbo......
What to look out for especially on F10 535i?? Common issues & etc for more than 5 years car.....
What's & how's verification the actual car condition in advance before purchase is confirmed with the used car dealer??

1. Engine cooler gasket
2. Flywheel gasket
3. Radiator
4. Some hoses
5. Timing chain
6. Engine mounding
7. Control arm
8. Engine valve
9. Engine oil pump
10. Turbocharged
11. Comfort access

Waa that's a lot of parts changed out......what was the mileage on the car? This were showing signs of wear & tear or more a matter of getting peace of mind ?

The parts changed in between mileage clocked in 60-80k KM.. under warranty ok lah!
