Thinking of how should I break her in. Any good recomendations from sifu's here ?Cheers and drive safe!!!

Welcome to the forums bro.

Congrats on your acquisition. Treat her well. :top:

Hi KK,

You are getting into the exciting world of BMW diesels :top:

As for breaking in, if your car is less than 2000 km, keep the rev below 3500rpm and avoid full throttle acceleration. Use the brake gently for the first 500km unless in emergency situations.

Everyday is going to be an fun day with diesel power

Welcome crew! Diesel's the way to go! Even more eco friendly than the hybrids, I read because of the impact the production of their batteries makes on the environment. And when it comes to torque and grunt, you will bully all the others at the toll gates speeding off into the horizon!

welcome to the forum bro ..... :top: .... you will never regret the choice you are making :4: :top:

Hi Zhul,

Thanks for the tips. I've also been reading about first service (~1.5k) and service intervals (~10k)
Need some advice from the pros here ;)
