morrogan, looks like the same one as morpheus posted,
i saw this car about 6months ago and it still looked good. there were some running issues.

why is it like that now? is this still at the same place?

They are the diff car. I saw the one morpheus posted today, actually few time already in the same workshop.

Sorry. I was out of town for a few days without internet. I won't think that they are the same car. That 850i that featured in Morpheus's post looks much better shape and located at WP's Pandan Indah workshop. This one is located in Kota Damansara, The Strand alley.....condition teruk...

Is the car for sale?

ALBundy, I have no idea whether it is for sale or not....may be can try ask around the shop in front and may be they know a thing or two. If you are free, may be you can drop by there to survey the condition. The exact coordinates: 3.1548282N 101.5925181E.

thanks for the confirmation morrogan, the 8 is rare enough, looking at pictures with the rims as well as the paint looking similar, i totally assumed it's the same car

There is also one in Sunway Bimmerholics. Been there for like 6 months. Apparently one side of the engine won't start, and they have replaced mostly everything. If you stop by there ask them about the 8.

there's something special about this car which has a status the bangle 6er will never enjoy

road tax should be calculated on weight and size of the car, not the cc. bloody toyo hi lux really should be taxed to the max cos its bad for the environment and unneccesarily big.

agree...gomen also says the bigger cc cars are normally owned by people above the intermediate class which is not true..with bigger cc we pay more petrol n i think we need some compensation for that..what about those who drive an old car like nissan cedric with 3.0cc? IMHO, the cc is not the true yardstick to determine our rtax..
