Itinerary for 7er photoshoot

Date : 18 June 2011
Time :1 p.m

Meet up at restaurant for lunch, TCSS then grouping & convoy..

More info : Tupai Tupai (or Squirrels) is a popular Malay restaurant located near Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka in Bukit Petaling. It offers kampung-style dining in a wooden building complete with attap-thatched Minangkabau roof and gazebos. The menu at Tupai Tupai includes Western and Chinese dishes.

Depart & group cars for the convoy there..

2.45pm
Arrival at TUDM Muzium, Sungai Besi Airbase.

3pm - 7pm
Photoshoot

Please bring water, sunblock & hats in case the sun is very strong (usually the case at airports..not much cover unless in hangar)..also your own personal cameras..

PHOTOSHOOT RESCHEDULED

Just spoke to the TUDM Museum Director...

Apparently another Government agency has requested to have a photoshoot on June 18 as well..therefore..

he has to turn down our currently "unofficial" request.."unofficial" as we have not put in an official letter yet..just a verbal request & a verbal agreement.

However he is still agreeable to us having a photoshoot still, just that we have to reschedule our dates.

As it is, the planned 7er photoshoot is OFF for this coming Saturday 18/6/2011.

Justin, according to him we will be able to have the whole place to ourselves once we start the photoshoot. Normally the museum closes by 5pm but with a written request & approval from TUDM HQ we should be able to extend it to our planned 7pm. Would appreciate it if you could suggest another date & we can proceed to put in a formal written request earlier to 'book' the date & place..

Sorry about the fall through in our planning guys. Feel bad about it..

Stay tuned on this thread, will liaise with Justin & the TUDM museum to have the photoshoot date sorted out..

Disappointed not to do the shoot. I will be back next on July 2nd and 3rd but wont be free on July 2nd.

The next time im coming back is probably Hari raya time.
