335i M sport Jap vs. UK Spec

Dear All, I hope i will get the answer I am looking for. What say u guys. Which is a better choice, 335 jap specs o UK specs? Is there a difference? Thanks for the input.

Bavaria... my 2 cents.. Jap spec usually has lower mileage and won't have issues like rust from road salt when compared to the UK Spec but my understanding is that the navigation won't work and you need to spend a fair amount of money to get it working... Not sure if the LCI 335s with hard drive iDrive can be easily made to work?? Someone else on the forum may know.

I have always gone for the UK M-Sport spec and avoided the Jap spec but that was because in the old days, there was difficulty servicing the cars and even recently with my 335, I went with a UK spec and didn't bother looking at the Jap Spec cars.

I don't know if they are higher spec as well for the 335 (but I understand that the standard Jap spec is normally higher spec than a standard UK spec (without options). The 335 being higher up the chain, tends to be pretty well specced from the UK so probably not much difference.

can there be a 335 non m sport but wif m sport suspension n wats d most die for feature of a m sport?

I believe that is an available option in the UK, but I have always recommended only getting the M-Sport - sports front seats, steering wheel, anthracite headlining, suspension, some of these things like seats and steering wheel will cost quite a lot of $$ to change unless you can find someone who is willing to swap..

Bavaria, sorry lost this thread. well, in US there is a recall for rattling wastegates, but in UK , they only issued out for injectors. Have you claim yours from AB ?
