Just an update - got it handled by SC recently.

Whilst there is some improvement (at max settings) - driver foot well got bit light / door inner trims got faint light [previously zero]...

The intensity at max setting is really too faint to say it is OK.

Appreciate the SC escalating it to dealer/BMW Msia for resolution.

Meanwhile - I just wait (and pray my car is not a lemon)
