BMW Performance Rim 269

Bro Sharp & Supergripen,

BMW Performance Rim 269 looks good on an E90, see the pic... I did consider the 313 earlier but i decided to go for the 269 simply bcos it contains more spokes, that's 20 spokes on a rim making them quite bomb-proof, considering Msia is a pot-hole-filled-land. Whereas 313 has only 10 spokes but of course the spokes are reputedly slighly larger in diameter against the 269. But thats my opinion on the visual styling and spoke count. I will stay away fr the Taiwan-made 313s, go for the ori if u hv the budget, if not, then save hard and buy the ori! You will notice the color of the original BMW Performance Rims, silver but with a tinge of dark silver like gunmetal finish, very unique color which the replica will never give u.

Happy looking and post some pics when you fit them.

Wow!! Very nice indeed.BMW Performance alloys are the sweetest! I guess its a matter of personal taste but all of them are super nice IMO.

If Ori from AB, The 269 is going for RM15,888.00 with Run Flats included. For the 313 at RM16,888.00 with Run Flats......thats what info I got from AB Glenmarie just before CNY. Not too sure on whether the offer is still on.......both still looks awesome...

Prices are not bad..considering they come with tyres,RFTs no less.It'll be less if u get 'em with non-RFTs.

Yes those BMW Performance brakes upgrade look awesome, but more than looks alone, they work well & brake very effectively. If you jam them hard, there is no fade & puts the car to a sudden stop. Once, i had to emergency brake due to a sudden brake fr the car in front, my car came to an immediate stop but i could hear the car behind me 'schreeeechh...' and i thot 'die lah'...sure kena bang fr behind. I had to 'unbrake' my car & move forward, to avoid him rear-ending my car!

Yes i am into road bikes, and also mountain bikes too! Lets TT soon on this subject.

Yes ur right. I bought the BMW Performance brakes for RM6000 fr Stuttgart in Petaling Jaya. Installation is done by them as well, no extra charge! Brake set includes the caliper & brake disc for the FRONT brakes only. Brake pads remains as per the OEM pads, no change. Rear brakes remains as per the OEM specs.

How's the car's ride quality on 19"RFTs? Is ur car an Msport? My Msport on 18"RFTs crashes over high freq ripples and highway expansion joints..horrible.My Subaru rode better on these surfaces..
