Guys, im sure the rim ori..how much does it cost in KL? New or 2nd Hand?
emm.. i doubt so coz acs makes the 20'' for m3, 6-series and 5-series fitment.. surely the offset is waaaayyy off.. but who knows..

Hard to say whether it is ori or Taiwan made ACS Type IV. From what I know, ACS Type IV is universal for all BMW. You just need to change the spacer to get the correct offset for your model. The spacer will come with the necessary nuts as well. Last year the price is about RM 20k per set.

I think he will need to change the tyre every 2-3 months because it is easily damage. I'm sure if he brings it to the tyre shop now there will be already some bend on the rims. The rides must be very uncomfortable.

I've used 17", 18" and 19". If for looks then 19" is the max. If for comfort then 17" are good with the performance gain over smaller diameter. Take middle path then, take 18", looks good, not bad in term of comfort.

19" is already uncomfortable then it will be worse with 20". My current Cooper-S was on run-flat. The level of comfort is worse than 19" on e46.

I agree with Zul, 17 is for comfort, not too small & not too big..however 19" is in my mind..will get it soon.

the owner told me the rims are 9inch lebar or 9.5. lupa sudah. can pusing stering full, no kena2 anywhere. but he bawa the kereta laju lah. bikin takut. sabah road too many holes and bumpy gila. haiyah. respect where its due though. meanest machine in kk for sure.
