Dear All,Just recently I encounter my gearbox got problem,which is when I try to reverse my car,I put to R position,I cant reverse the car.sometime ok sometime not ok.Why?Anybody solve my problem?

Bro,my car also have that problem also,but after overhaul my gear box,its run smoothly...

Yes bro U right .It the car that u saw in mudah .my.I just bought the car 10 days ago.The condition of the car superb and it dosent look like 21 old ride.And it totaly 1 owner since day 1 come out from show room.The manual owner book and warranty for nakanichi factory fitted radio still in perfact condition.I feel worth buying this car.Before I buy this car,I did go around searching for mint condition e34.finaly I found this car in mudah and guess what?The car dealer just 5km from my house.Anyway I happy bought this car.And of course there is a few thing wear and tear need to replace.

E34 1996, M50. I encounter the same problem years back, GB problem, wasted $ on changing GB fluid and filter but problem remain, later sent for complete overhaul as advise at a famous GB specialist, can't say here or he might sue me, spent RM 5k, after the repair my car was in / out of workshop countless time, problem like GB warning light, jerking but was finally settled, he gv me 2 years warranty to show he is confidence with his product, BTW the specialist work suck and my newly overhaul GB fail again after 60k km and out of warranty. I had enough, this time i converted and changed the GM GB to jetco GB, spent RM5k also but i am happy with it, any future repair will be very cheap as jetco GB is very much cheaper.

it cost around RM2.8K..but after all,its run smoothly...i sent my car at Glenmarie,very near to Auto Bavaria Glenmarie,the owner name Mat... :top:

Jumi's gearbox...

Been in Jumi's car yesterday...well don't worry too much bro..still plenty of life within the gearbox as per Albert's advice...a very worthy buy I must say...now you can start hunting for bodykits, big rims....so on..happy modding!!:rock::rock:

my GB (auto) also problem.bile tekan minyak slow2 gear bley running smp top . tp kalu aku tekan minyak byk nnt smp gear 3 trus jd neutral . so aku tepakse switch from D to 3. bile gear da masuk br switch to D balik .. so aku ingt nk flushing GB oil dulu then tgk condition mcmane..
hmm korg paham ke ape aku sembang ni?
