Wiper conversion

Hi Sifu's,Anyone knows where/how to convert the driver side wiper arm? I was about to change the wiper blade and realised that its hook is up, not down! Like that cannot replace the wiper blades with off-the-shelf products leh...

saw ebay have some insert tat can convert the wiper arm to accomodate conventional wiper, dunno here got sell not, if got i sure convert mine to bosch aeroblade...

y bother to convert d arm, just buy d wiper refill, sure u can DIY right?, i got d silicon wiper, price ranging from RM20 to RM50. i used d PIAA refill cost abt $50 at eneos

those korean silicon wiper blades are the best things out there. I'd recommend them to anyone.

the thing is, with some E34s like mine, the wiper tends to be VERY problematic. It skips all the time, and at one point of time, both wipers fought in a downpour.

I've adjusted them myself millions of times, but they just seem to go bad all the time.

I did hear about a good solution. locate the bushes at the beginning of the wiper stalk. Replace the worn bush and the wipers will be fixed. I just haven't got to it.

but i'd like to know if anyone knows if the wipers can be converted to something newer. say, the E39 or better?
