Who can cut a BMW duplicate key ? Diamond shape

Can anyone recommend a locksmith who has the skill to duplicate the physical key for an E38 (diamond key)?
Just bought a new housing from Aliexpress and transferred the chip to it. Need the cut the key
Any idea how much they charge?
