Which Fuel Label???

Hey guys. Need your help.A few months back the guys respraying my E39 accidentally sprayed over the fuel label on the fuel door of my UDM.After much searching I found the part numbers and ordered the parts from Bavaria Auto.The labels arrived yesterday but now I'm confused. They sent two different types of labels!! Pls see Pictures - First pic, is where the label is normally situated on E39's, note it's black in colour.View attachment 19055Second is the two types of labels that arrived. My ride is e39 post-facelift (CKD yr 2002). Have just checked my fuel label and it is the white one.

Just checked the fuel label on my post-facelift 525i - it's the black one like the one in your first pic.

Maybe BMW just randomly tampal the stickers on E39's - LOL

Hey Maxx - I paid RM50 each sticker. I have a few of them cos Bavaria Auto only accepts orders for 10 at a time. How many do you need?

Bro..523 is prefacelift, 525 is facelift model..of course theres CKD AB model 525i. Herbert and many others are driving one.

So Herbert's ride is a local 2002 CKD 525 with a white label?
And rpmnut's ride is a local CKD 525 with a black label?

Sounds like BMW puts these labels on quite randomly!

Bro, one suggestion, why not scratch a bit on the fuel cap to see if its black or white previously. Then stick the new one over it. Nobody will know..

Wish I could, bro. But they removed the labels before painting over the entire fuel door. And I can't remember what was colour it was before they removed it
