WheelCorp Cancel Service Appt - 13 hours before Appointment

13 hours before my service appointment with Wheelcorp ,Setia Alam and they send a message to cancel service appointment without giving a new service date and when I call up , give me a date that is 14 days later!! Their explanation is don't have technician to do it. What kind of set up that 7pm evening make a decision not to service any car the next day. Don't even prepare a new service date for replacement. Worst than airline. !! This incident really spoiled my evening and screw up all my plan. If my car mileage fall below the mileage allowed. Is Wheelcorp going to be responsible for my car warranty ??? BMW Malaysia do something please. Wake up Wake up

They also called to cancel my appointment. I asked why, they say because bmw malaysia come do audit! I lazy to verify with bmw my. But Wheelcorp service has consistently crappy for the last 5 years I've been servicing my car there. Put up with it as it's less than 5 mins drive from home.

That bad. Finally they called back at 8 pm says the appointment is reinstated. Waited 1 hour for the Service Advisor to see me and then tell me no car wash today. I noticed that the wash car area was there washing their own cars.. Double standard.
